Applications are now invited for the position of Hall Tutor from full-time Postgraduate students or final year Undergraduate students who plan to pursue full-time postgraduate studies at the University in academic year 2026-27.
(Applicants who do not have a HKUST account (e.g. non‑HKUST students holding a PG (conditional) offer can send email to shrloinfo@ust.hk for the application details)
Completed online application form should be submitted on or before 5:30pm (HKT), 7 April 2026.
Important Notes to applicants:
- Applicants are required to seek the consensus from academic supervisor (for RPg applicants) or program manager (for TPg applicants) for applying the Hall Tutor position.
- Applicants should allow at least 5 working days for their academic supervisor/ program manager to complete the consensus form.
- Applicants are reminded to read the Duties of Hall Tutors and the Consensus Form before filling in the online application form.
- Hall Tutor recruitment is independent of application for on-campus student accommodation.
- Late applications will NOT be considered.
- Selected candidates will be invited to attend the interview in late April or early May 2026. The arrangement will be sent to shortlisted candidates in late-April 2026.
