The information collected from you will be used by the Student Housing and Residential Life Office (SHRLO) of The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) for the purpose stated on each individual form, and all purposes related to your hall application or your hall residence.

Without your expressed approval, or unless required by law, the personal data collected herein will not be disclosed to third parties other than those specified in individual personal information collection statement.

As a data subject, you have the right to request access to and correction of the personal data under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. For requests to access your data, please put it in writing and send it to shrloinfo@ust.hk.
