Jockey Club i-Village
Located at the southeast corner of the campus, the Jockey Club i-Village is a vibrant integrated residential complex that brings together Undergraduate Halls X, XI, XII, and XIII. The “i” in i-Village stands for internationalization and innovation — a vision realized through a dynamic living environment where community and meaningful connections thrive.
Each hall is divided into unique clusters featuring a variety of thoughtfully designed living spaces. These include shared kitchens, open common areas, and bedroom configurations that accommodate 18 to 36 students. Some clusters also feature internal staircases that enhance flow and interaction within the halls.
On the rooftop level (7/F), pedestrian walkways and shared communal facilities link all four halls, creating a lively social hub that fosters friendship and a strong sense of community.
Within the i-Village, Undergraduate Hall XI offers approximately 250 double-room bed spaces and 30 single bed spaces.

Hall Education Team - UG HALL XI
When you live with us, you will have a holistic mentoring team supporting you all along the way. Each hall has a Residence Master who is a full-time faculty of the University and lives in the hall together with hall residents. The main role of the Residence Master is to provide intellectual and pastoral guidance and organize activities that will facilitate learning in the affiliated hall.
UG Halls XI and XII benefit from a unified Hall Education Team, both halls are managed by the same Residence Master, with the joint support of a single Residential Life Officer and a shared team of Postgraduate Hall Tutors.

Hall Facilities
Double and single bedroom
All double and single bedrooms in the i-Village are fully furnished and air-conditioned, each room includes a wash basin and a mirror cabinet.
Residents can add credit to their air conditioners via our Smart Meter system using various online payment methods and are charged according to actual electricity consumption. Every resident is provided with a bed and mattress, desk, chair, wardrobe, pegboard, and internet outlet port.

Common area
The Hall is organized into clusters accommodating approximately 18 to 36 students. Every cluster features its own uniquely designed common area for social and collaborative use. Some clusters also feature internal staircases that enhance flow and interaction within the halls.
Shared kitchen
Each kitchen is equipped with a sink, a water dispenser, two refrigerators, a microwave oven, and an induction cooker for basic food reheating.
Toilet and shower room
Toilet and shower facilities are gender-specific and located within their respective wings. In general, every five rooms share one toilet and one shower room, each containing two private cubicles.
Laundry Room B for UG Halls XI and XII residents
Laundry Room B is located on the G/F, adjacent to the main lobby of UG Hall XII.
It is equipped with 8 washers and 8 dryers. Residents can purchase QR tickets for the laundry service using various online payment methods. Detergent is not provided — residents should bring their own.

Communal Areas for UG Halls X to XIII residents
Management Office (7/F)
The Management Office is open daily from 8:45 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (except from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.), supporting the daily operation of UG Halls X, XI, XII and XIII, including residents’ enquiries, resident services, and facility management.
After office hours, security staff at the respective Hall Counter can provide urgent services.
Mailroom (7/F)
A compact, designated mail area where residents can quickly check and collect their letters.
Living Lounge (7/F)
A cozy and inviting communal space designed for residents to relax and socialize in a home-like environment.
Media & Gaming: Big-screen TV with surround sound, arcade game console, pool table, air hockey, table soccer, and borrowable games. Accessories and game items can be borrowed from the 7/F Management Office.
Interactive Fitness: Recumbent bikes with built-in access to Netflix, YouTube, and more.
Co-Working Space (7/F)
A dynamic, productivity-focused hub equipped with computers, high-speed network printers, open seating, and meeting rooms for group collaboration.
Fitness Room (7/F)
A fitness room equipped with cardio machines, dumbbells, cable systems, and selectorized and plate-loaded strength-training equipment for residents to exercise.
Due to limited space and safety considerations, weightlifting equipment such as power racks and Smith machines is not provided. Residents who require such equipment may use the LG4 Fitness Center instead.
UG Halls X to XIII residents will have access to the above facilities after check-in. Opening hours and the availability of communal areas are subject to change; details will be provided in the user guide and updated through hall announcement emails.
