You are strongly recommended to read through the Important Information before Application (Rules for Admission Procedures and UG Hall Admission Methods) before submitting the application. Please prepare ALL the required documentation(s) and reserve at least 15 minutes to complete the online application.

Under Part 2.a.2 - Leadership and Contribution to Campus Life of UG Hall Allocation Policy, the quotas for Non-Sports University Groups & Teams and Outreach / Staff-led Student Groups are limited and distributed in proportion to the enrolment size (if applicable) per record-reporting units/ departments as appropriate (refer to point #7 at Guideline). For RY2026-27, HASC has significantly reduced the quotas allocated to these two categories. Consequently, positions or leadership roles in student bodies or groups that fall under schools, departments, centres, or offices within these categories will not be eligible for hall points in RY2026–27.

In case of doubts, please contact us at ughousing@ust.hk on or before 23:59, 31 March 2026 (Hong Kong Time). Otherwise, you may expect a late response which may affect the accuracy of your application.
