Any residents who have Full-year or Spring Term extension hall offer in RY2025-26 should make payment in FULL by 26 November 2025. Failure of hall fee settlement by the deadline will result in hall offer recovery without prior notice. 

If you have Full-year or Spring Term extension hall offer, but do not see the respective hall fee reflects in your SIS account, please contact ughousing@ust.hk by 19 November 2025 for clarification.

Always keep a copy of your payment record for verification in case the payment you made cannot be shown in your SIS account.

Those with any financial difficulties and who require extra time to settle the payment may apply to the Scholarships and Financial Aid Office for deferment of the hall fee here.
