Any applicants who have accepted the hall offer(s) of the stated residential period should make payment in FULL by 4 September 2025. Failure to settle the hall fee by the deadline will possibly result in the recovery of the hall offer. 

Always keep a copy of your payment record for verification in case the payment you made cannot be shown in your SIS account.

Those with any financial difficulties and who require extra time to settle the payment may apply to the Scholarships and Financial Aid Office for deferment of the hall fee here after completing the registration and activating HKUST account.
