In the case of swapping between different room types leading to different hall fees, the imposed hall fee will be reversed and the new hall fee will be re-posted to SIS. This act may cause the reversed amount to cover any existing outstanding fees rather than the new hall fee in the SIS account.
Failure to complete any part of the swapping procedure by the designated date will result in the automatic withdrawal of the swapping application, or even recovery of hall offer without prior notice, no matter the status of approval.
Official swapping is necessary to maintain a truthful resident record for safety and security purposes. Unauthorized swapping is FORBIDDEN and will lead to disciplinary actions.
